Protecting Vulnerable People from Exploitation and Abuse

United Nationals Countryless Children (UNCC) is committed to preventing and responding to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child exploitation, forced marriage, and other forms of abuse affecting vulnerable individuals and communities.

Modern slavery occurs when a person cannot leave or refuse a situation because of threats, violence, coercion, deception, abuse of power, or exploitation. It can affect people of all ages, backgrounds, and nationalities, particularly those experiencing poverty, displacement, conflict, discrimination, or social exclusion.
