Volunteer Policy
All UNCC Australia personnel must carry out their duties diligently, professionally, and with integrity. Staff are expected to use sound judgment and act in the best interests of UNCC Australia and the communities we serve.
Everyone at UNCC Australia is responsible for creating a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace. Kindness, professionalism, and respect are required at all times. Discrimination, bullying, harassment, violence, or victimisation of any kind are not tolerated.

All personnel must actively safeguard children and vulnerable adults and prevent sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment. This includes full compliance with UNCC Australia’s Safeguarding Children and Vulnerable People Policy, Code of Conduct, and related guidelines.
