Supportive Housing

Updated: Nov 3

ree

UNCC partners with housing providers, including Common Ground Queensland, to deliver affordable and secure housing solutions with integrated support services.

Our goal is to provide every tenant with the stability, care, and opportunities they need to build a safe, long-term home fostering independence, wellbeing, and community connection.

At UNCC, we believe that supportive housing is essential to breaking the cycle of homelessness. It combines affordable housing with access to health and community services, helping tenants maintain stability and address the challenges that led to homelessness.

We work in partnership with Common Ground Queensland to deliver Brisbane Supportive Housing initiatives, ensuring safe, long-term homes for those most in need.

Eligibility and placement are managed by the Queensland Department of Communities, Housing and Digital Economy, and depend on availability.

For tenancy inquiries, please contact Common Ground Queensland directly.
